Meet your facilitators
Jen, the founder of Nalu Breathwork® and Nalu Massage Training, has over 27 years of experience. She learned the art of Breathwork and bodywork from a variety of masters from around the world: Just to name a few: JP Cimmi in USA, Breath Mastery with Dan Brule, Niraj of Soma Breath, Wim Hof, Traditional Thai Massage in Chang Mai, to a Full Mastership in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi on the sacred island of Maui Hawaii.
Her time in Maui allowed Jen to heal on a deep level. From there, she started helping others on their healing journey and is now passing on her knowledge, wisdom and love of Breathwork and Bodywork to new up-and-coming therapists.
Jen created Nalu Breathwork® as her mission to provide affordable, high quality, hands-on training, facilitated by a small group of highly experienced teachers. Jen does not teach at every retreat, she puts you in good hands with the master trainers of Nalu Breathwork®.

Mimmi Ebbersten is a Nalu Breathwork facilitator and Trainer and joined the Nalu tribe a number of years ago, after attending one of Nalu’s "Bowl of Light" retreats.
Mimmi embarked on her own healing journey and now runs her own bi-weekly breathwork events along with specialising in Neurodiversity, Codependency and energy work.

Erin Saw's journey as a facilitator and host for Nalu Breathwork facilitator training retreats, is rooted in over 12 years of connection with founder Jen and a deep passion for creating spaces of transformation.
Erin's offerings include 1:1 healing Breathwork sessions in Hervey Bay and Agnes Water, where she also brings the restorative practices of Zenthai Shiatsu and Lomi Lomi to clients seeking balance and renewal. She also holds Breathwork circles, fostering community and shared healing experiences.

As always, all of Nalu's courses are taught in a small group setting, so you will have your teacher's full attention. Expand your modalities and increase your impact as a facilitator with Nalu Breathwork!
If you have any questions or would like to chat, please email us on info@nalubreathwork.com or call 0478 299 914.

The Krishna Farm
The Krishna Farm, "New Govardhana" serves as an ashram to a community of yogis who aspire to live according to their deepest vows and commitments on their path of service, spiritual contentment and happiness (Bhakti Yoga). Their service and dedication make this location a beautiful place of growth, healing and spiritual awakening. The temple is the beating heart of the community at New Govardhana and we encourage all who visit the property to come along and experience the lifestyle and philosophy reflected by the practice of Krishna consciousness.
