Terms & Conditions Krishna Village Retreat

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) For Retreat Guests (keep scrolling down for YTT stay and Course stay terms)

Stay Policy:

Krishna Village values its guests' comfort and convenience and aims to provide a pleasant stay experience. In line with this goal, we have established a cancellation policy that we believe will be fair to both parties. The policy aims to provide flexibility to guests while also ensuring that the hotel can maintain its operations and provide quality service.

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 1 week before their scheduled stay and will receive a full refund of their payment, minus a $50 administrative fee.

No refunds can be offered WITHIN one week of their scheduled stay. We do understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and guests may need to change their plans. We, therefore, offer an option of a credit for a future stay if a guest cancels their reservation within one week of their scheduled stay. The credit will be equal to the amount paid for the canceled reservation, and is valid for 12 months from the stay.

In the event that a guest does not show up for their reservation and does not provide any prior notice, they will not be eligible for a refund or credit for a future stay.

To ensure a seamless cancellation process, any cancellations or modifications to the reservation must be made directly with Krishna Village through the appropriate channels, such as email or phone. We encourage guests to contact us promptly if they need to cancel or modify their reservation to avoid any misunderstandings.

Krishna Village reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or facility malfunctions. In such cases, Krishna Village will provide a full refund to the guest.

We hope that our cancellation policy provides clarity and peace of mind to our guests, and we are committed to working with them to ensure that their stay with us is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

  • When the potential guest is intoxicated, exhibits or has exhibited extremely abnormal behavior that may pose a nuisance to other guests, or in cases that fall under the provisions of prefectural ordinances.
