Accommodation options

Krishna Village is located on a beautiful organic farm in the scenic foothills of Mt. Warning, half way between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. The closest town is Murwillumbah, and the nearest airport Coolangatta (the Gold Coast airport).

Our Retreat Center is spread out across a beautiful natural farm setting, which means that some of our facilities and accommodation require a bit of walking. We offer a range of accommodation options from camping spots to creatively renovated container rooms, private pine cabins set in the hills overlooking the valley and more.

The Krishna Farm

The Krishna Farm, "New Govardhana" serves as an ashram to a community of yogis who aspire to live according to their deepest vows and commitments on their path of service, spiritual contentment and happiness (Bhakti Yoga). Their service and dedication make this location a beautiful place of growth, healing and spiritual awakening. The temple is the beating heart of the community at New Govardhana and we encourage all who visit the property to come along and experience the lifestyle and philosophy reflected by the practice of Krishna consciousness.

More love from our graduates

"I feel so empowered"

"I just wanted to express my gratitude for the Ayurveda Sadhana last weekend. I learned so much and feel so empowered and excited to embark on a journey of learning more about and integrating Ayurveda into my life from the feminine perspective. The way you teach and facilitate is truly awesome, engaging, and warm and I love the way you storytell and share so openly."
- Paige J.

"One of the best trainings I’ve done"

“I wasn't sure what to expect from this training and really did not know much about Ayurveda at all. From this training, I developed a personal conscious (sadhana) spiritual practice, and met wonderful likeminded people. I am grateful to Katie for teaching and guiding us in Ayurvedic lifestyle and personal self-care. This was one of the best trainings I’ve done with true connections made and a real sense of community.”
- Tracie, Sydney

"Amazing passion and knowledge"

“Katie has such an amazing passion and knowledge of Ayurveda. Her teachings not only share this wisdom but allow you to dive deeper into your own life and self. With simple to follow practices and lessons the course is also a complete nurture to self - coming together, sharing, growing.”
- Felicia, Sydney

"Powerful delivery"

"Katie has a powerful delivery that is thorough, thoughtful and inclusive. The teachers in which she has enveloped herself with their philosophies, are a beautiful handpicked few with incredible stories of unveiling truth and downloading knowledge to be sacredly passed to women, dropping patriarchy and empowering females to sit in their higher selves.
There were plenty of laughs, a few tears and a natural interrelatedness of women coming together no matter your age or where things sit in your timeline of life. There were takeaway pieces for all involved and no pressure to open any more than you feel you need to in this setting.
The retreat was at Krishna Village in Eungella NSW, which is the ideal spot for rest and recovery. Learning about the ISKON story was eye opening and the lightness of the Village was felt in all areas. The food was aplenty and yoga asana twice a day plus soothing sessions in the evening.
It feels like a must do for every woman, helping you understand others and create space for compassion.
Thank you Katie."
