Ayurveda Sadhana for Women - Welcome and Course Schedule

‘Health is more than just the absence of disease. It is our individual continual unfolding as we strive to awaken the heart of consciousness. The ancient science of Ayurveda recognises that there are profound links to the whole cosmos and what is within each one of us.’ - Maya Tiwari, Wise Earth Ayurveda

Dear friends,

I am so looking forward to offering this immersive Ayurveda training at Krishna Village which is specifically for women.  Ayurveda has so much to offer women not only in terms of treating issues such as hormonal imbalance, low energy, anxiety and poor sleep or changes in life cycles but also as a preventative to disease so that vibrant and abundant health can be part of your daily life.

It has taken me many years to absorb and assimilate all of the profound teachings of Ayurveda and some of that process had to do with making the protocols and suggestions practical and possible in my own busy modern life. This training will give you those tools and guidelines so that you can easily and effectively bring your life back into balance and experience what my teacher Maya Tiwari at Wise Earth Ayurveda calls ‘women’s power to heal though inner medicine.’

I welcome women of all ages, experience levels and health to this training. It is for everyone and I promise you it will be a transformative experience that will change the way you eat, breathe, think and live for years to come. The other benefit of this training for yoga teachers, mothers, and health care providers is that you’ll be able to bring your new knowledge into what you teach and offer as a support for those you live and work with.

Much love,
