Arrival Day - Friday

14:00 onwards- Check-in

15:30 – 17.00- Welcome circle and chakra balancing meditation  

18:15 - Dinner 

21:30 - Quiet time


Day 2 - Saturday

06:30 - Sunrise yoga (optional)

08:30 - Breakfast

09:30 – 12:00 - Foundations of sadhana, shakti prana and dinacharya

12:30 - Lunch break

13:30 – 16:00 - Doshas and Koshas (constitutional wellness through all five bodies)  

16.15 – Yoga (in Yoga Hall) 

18:15 – Dinner followed by optional crystal bowls sound healing session in yoga hall 

21:00 - Quiet time

 

Day 3 – Sunday

06:30 - Sunrise Yoga (optional, in Yoga Hall)

08:30 - Breakfast

09:30 – 12:00 - Women’s health, moon cycles, phases of a woman’s life and wellness

12:30 - Lunch break (at Krishna Village)

13:30 – 16:00 - Subtle body healing (Womb Codes)

16.15 – Yoga (optional, in Yoga Hall) 

18:15 - Dinner 

21:00 - Quiet time

 

Day 4 - Monday

05:00 - Sunrise yoga (optional)

6.30am - Yoga (optional)

08:30 – Breakfast and room check-out

9:30 – 11:00 - Setting sankalpa and closing circle

12:30 - Lunch (optional, at Krishna Village)


Please note: This training is presented in the format of a combination of lectures, demonstration, practices (such as gentle yoga and breathing exercises as well as chanting) and interactive group work. The schedule is subject to changes depending on the season and group needs.
