Choose from a range of accommodation options: From camping spots and creatively renovated container rooms in the village, to private pine cabins set in the hills overlooking the valley - there is something for each occasion and budget.

Our center is spread out across a beautiful natural farm setting, which means that some of our facilities, accommodation, and dining spaces require a bit of walking. Breakfasts and dinners are served at the temple, with a beautiful view of the the valley, located approximately 900 meters from the village. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us prior to booking.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the surroundings from your own private veranda as you relax in the open-plan design, featuring a cosy queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette complete with a small fridge and kettle.

Located 200m from the communal kitchen, our bunkies are cosy little huts with a single bed, nightstand, a few hangers and a desk. Each two adjacent bunkies share one small shower/bathroom facility.

Budget Double Room

Each room comes with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and is equipped with both a fan and heater. Located close to the communal kitchen, this room offers a wonderful setting to connect with other guests over a cup of tea.

Expertly crafted from converted shipping containers, each room offers a cosy single bed. Step out onto the shared verandah, to enjoy the lush rainforest views, while having a chat with fellow guests or simply relaxing with a good book.

Set among beautiful mango and lychee trees near our eastern garden, our tent sites are unpowered and allow for one tent per site. The amenities block is only 50m away, and you have free access to our community kitchen area and study room.

Perfect for vans no wider than 2.8m and no longer than 6m, with power hookups. Our amenities block is just a stone's throw away, and you'll have easy access to our community kitchen + study room, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Please note: Children are very welcome at Krishna Village. However, please make sure (a) that they are supervised by a parent or carer at all times and (b) to not bring under 12year olds to yoga classes and workshops, so as to not distract your fellow guests.

The Krishna Farm

The Krishna Farm, "New Govardhana" serves as an ashram to a community of yogis who aspire to live according to their deepest vows and commitments on their path of service, spiritual contentment and happiness (Bhakti Yoga). Their service and dedication make this location a beautiful place of growth, healing and spiritual awakening. The temple is the beating heart of the community at New Govardhana and we encourage all who visit the property to come along and experience the lifestyle and philosophy reflected by the practice of Krishna consciousness.

Please note: While we love all animals, we have a policy of no dogs (exceptions for registered service animals), as we have cows on the farm, and visiting dogs in the past have worried them.

I went on a one week retreat expecting to do some yoga and relax. What I got was a profound spiritual awakening , on a piece of property that could be the garden of Eden. The retreat sits just at the bottom of the majestic mountain which houses the temple. With fruit and nut trees scattered all of the property one can never go hungry. We were fed 3 vegetarian meals a day that were lovingly prepared and delicious even for the most avid meat lover. The rooms were clean and fresh. I came for a one week yoga retreat to get away from city life. All the staff were really friendly and had a great warmth to them.
