Whether you are in need of some space to think and reflect or are looking to nurture yourself in a spiritual and peaceful environment, this meditation retreat provides the setting to return to yourself.

Whether you are just beginning your journey with mediation or you have been practicing for some time, this retreat is an opportunity to enter into the stillness, away from the demands of everyday life.  It is a wonderful way to reconnect with your inner wisdom and come back into balance.

Time in mediation helps you to feel revitalized by creating space to turn our focus inwards without the obligations and distractions that are always pulling at our attention.

The retreat provides a perfect setting to rest, restore energies and come back into balance with yourself. The course will span over 4.5 days at the foothills of the beautiful Krishna Village.

Together we will cultivate a sacred space to explore a range of meditation techniques and mantras to gain deep insight and understanding of ourselves. There will be time for you  to pause and reflect on any feelings and emotions that arise as we drop into deep rest. We have intentionally included various workshops throughout the retreat to ensure that you leave with the skills to take your practice home with you.

Meet your Facilitator

Amanda Goodfellow is the founder of Agile Mind and facilitator of the the meditation retreat. She holds a Certificate in Meditation Teaching from Lifeflow Meditation Centre and from the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness.  Through Agile Mind, Amanda runs workplace meditation programs, meditation for aged care clients, and meditation mentoring for individuals. Amanda's love of retreats began 18 years ago when she attended her first retreat and realised the powerful benefits of coming into stillness. Amanda is particularly interested in how meditation can help us safely feel emotions, recognise our limiting beliefs and free ourselves from our deficiency stories.
