14:30 - Free time, rest or explore

16:00 -  Yoga (optional)

18:00 - Dinner

21:00 -  Quiet time

09:30 - Meditations & Workshops (Aromatherapy & Sound Healing)

12:30 - Lunch break

13:30 - Yoga Nidra

16:00 - Yoga (optional)
