Two Day Retreat

Let go, Find Balance & Nurture yourself

Early bird 10% off when you book more than 30 days prior!
Coming Home is a 2-day retreat focused developing the skills to develop one's own personal practice. When we think of Home we often think or envision an external person, place, building, country or thing that we identify as HOME. Yet Coming Home is about realising that HOME is a feeling and sensation that resides within. The internal space that allows our nervous system to rest and restore so we may live life to our fullest potential. When we realise that we are always moving from this space of HOME we begin to engage with life in a purpose and passion driven way.

Throughout this 2-day retreat Caybin will guide you through tools and techniques to develop your own daily personal practice.

We will explore:

*Yogic foundations
*Pranayama (breath awareness exercises)
*Simple yet potent meditation techniques
*Introduction to Intuitive Eating and Nutrition
*With each day including a nourishing Sound Healing and evening integration

Each day will begin at 10am and concluded between 4/4:30pm. Leaving the early morning and evening for integration and reflection on the day's activities. With the option of staying at the beautiful Krishna Village Eco Retreat for the perfect weekend getaway, or returning home for the evening to reflect within your own space.

**Whilst this integration time is not a structured schedule or guided facilitation it is an integral part of the retreat experience, and recommended to be treated in the same reverence as the structured retreat program to gain the most from the 2 days.**
