Yoga for Teens – Welcome and Course Schedule

Dear yogis,

I am really excited to be spending 4 days together, exploring all the possibilities of yoga, mindfulness and self care for teens. The training covers many aspects of yoga, mindfulness and self care and their proven contributions to physical, emotional and spiritual health. Sessions are both theoretical and practical as well as being complimentary to the key objectives of the PDHPE curriculum.

On completion of the course you will have a toolbox of resources to lead yoga and mindfulness sessions that are engaging, inspiring, enhance connectedness to self and others, as well as advocate a lifelong commitment to health and wellbeing.

This is a practical course, so you will be learning through participation as well as having numerous teaching opportunities. On completion you will feel prepared to deliver sessions in schools to teens.
