COURSE SCHEDULE

Arrival Day - Friday


14:00 onwards - Check-in

15.30 – Opening circle with Katie Rose (optional and totally fine if you can’t make it ☺ )

16:15 – 17.45 - Afternoon yoga 

18:15 - Dinner (at the Temple)


Day 2 - Saturday


06:30  - Sunrise yoga (optional - please note this is not a specifically pre-natal class) 

08:30 – Breakfast (at the Temple) 

09:30 - Stages of pregnancy, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation for pregnancy 

12:30 - Lunch break (at Krishna Village) 

14:00 - Foundations of pregnancy, asana and sadhana  

16:15 - Afternoon yoga (optional – please note this is not a specifically pre-natal class)

18:15 – Dinner (at the Temple) 


Day 3 – Sunday


05:00 - Sunrise yoga (optional please note this is not a specifically pre-natal class) 

08:30 – Breakfast (at the Temple) 

09:30 - Understanding labour, labour preparation 

12:30 - Lunch break (at the Temple) 

13:30 - Anatomy and physiology followed by sequencing and class planning

16:15 – 17.45 - Afternoon yoga (optional – please note this is not a specifically pre-natal class)

18.15 – Dinner (at the Temple) 


Day 4 - Monday


05:00 - Sunrise yoga (optional – please note this is not a specifically pre-natal class) 

08:30 – Breakfast (at the Temple) 

09:00 - Check-Out for room bookings

09:30 - Postnatal care and closing mandala 

12:30 - Lunch (at Krishna Village) and departure
