Damien Bohler first started studying permaculture in 2005 during a holiday in Thailand. This experience forever changed him and the way he thought about the world and the possibility for humans to live harmoniously on our planet.
Since that time, he has volunteered on a variety of farms throughout Asia, taught full time as a science teacher in Thailand for 4 years, and has lived and breathed permaculture during eighteen months as a full-time live-in student and staff member at Zaytuna Farm, home of the Permaculture Research Institute (PRI) in Australia. In addition to permaculture, Damien also writes about and teaches workshops on intimacy and conscious relating.
Damien has taught permaculture in Jordan, Thailand and Australia and is a confident and inspiring teacher dedicated to human growth and wellbeing.
